I recently brought my PC in for repair—a custom machine built for me all the way back in 2012 by KC Computers! Remarkably, in those full 14 years, I had never experienced a single issue with it. I simply described the problem, and within just four hours, they had it diagnosed and fixed, ready for me to collect.
Everything ran smoothly at first, but after a few days, it became clear that while the repair was excellent, the trusty machine had simply reached the end of its wonderful service life. I returned to the shop, and their knowledgeable experts kindly confirmed exactly that—no fuss, no pressure, just honest, expert advice. They then crafted a brand-new system for me, and generously deducted the full cost of the recent repair from the price of my new PC. How wonderful is that?
I honestly cannot recommend this outstanding local business highly enough. The customer service is absolutely superb—warm, friendly, incredibly helpful, and genuinely expert every step of the way. This is a long-established, family-run business that truly looks after its customers with integrity, care, and exceptional skill. If you’re looking for trustworthy expertise and outstanding service, KC Computers is simply second to none. I wholeheartedly and enthusiastically recommend them to everyone!

The best computer shop in the area run by people who really live and breath and know their subject , unlike a certain national outlet who employ 1 day trained so called experts, more interested in a quick turnover, warranty plans , coffee breaks and chatting amongst themselves, not to mention their ridiculous TV adverts . KC computers , a small private shop outshines them in every way. My choice every time .

What a gem of a shop. After being badly let down by a major custom‑build company, I decided to shop local and went to KC Computers for a new creative desktop. My spec was fairly high but my budget wasn’t, yet Kim took the time to go through everything with real patience and expertise. He came back with competitive component prices and built a machine that matched my needs perfectly, saving me a considerable amount of money compared to what I would have paid elsewhere.

The finished desktop is everything I hoped for and more. Their after‑sales support has been just as impressive: Adam is an absolute whiz with software and the whole team is unfailingly helpful, knowledgeable and generous with their time. Everything was completed exactly within the timescale they gave me and I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

All in all, they’re a fantastic team - skilled, patient and incredibly supportive from first conversation to final setup. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and I’ll certainly be using them again.
