If your repair receipt includes a QR code, simply scan it using your phone’s camera. This will automatically open your repair status page without needing to enter your job number or booking date.

Your job number can be found on your repair receipt.

The booking date is the date your device was originally booked in with us. This may not be the same as the collection date or the date shown on a later invoice.

Repair statuses are updated by our engineers throughout the day. Please allow up to 5 minutes for recent updates to appear in the repair tracker after changes are made internally.

Repair information is typically available online for approximately 28 days after the booking date. After this period, records may be automatically removed from the system. This retention period may change without notice as part of system maintenance or operational requirements.

Please check that the job number and booking date entered match the details shown on your repair receipt. If you still cannot locate your repair, please contact our support team and provide your job number so we can assist you.

No. Personal information is not available through the online repair tracker.

All customer information is stored securely within our internal systems and is not publicly accessible. The repair tracker only synchronises a limited set of repair data required to display the repair status.

The only information synced to the tracker is:

• Job Number
• Booking Date
• Repair Status

No personal information such as your name, address, phone number, email address, or device details is stored, displayed, or transmitted through this online system.
